Hi i am Anand and i was very happy to be there at the culturals.The good part was that the cash prize was quite heavy and the bad part was that the organisation was not so good..
For example if a person had to take part in some event he had to know where it happens and should hav clear directions to the place . Although u guys distributed that shedule with the map it was not evenly distributed among all.Many didnt get it…
And i also happened to be in this seminar hall (ECE) the mic system was not so proper the voice was very distorted…
The good part was there was good airconditioning in ECE sem hall..so it was verry comfortable there .
The fact that u couldnt keep up time of start of n event shows improper time planning or organisation or what ever u call it
