WOW!!! It’s been over two weeks since I last posted to my website. Kyon? Kyonki main symposium ke liye kaam kartha thaa.

Finally ORBITCE 2003 is over, and it’s back to the regular mundane life that is college. Thatha (the HOD) wants to meet me on some issue of lack of attendance. I guess it owes its thanks to the two weeks I took off for GRE and a few bunked classes for the symposium. Wateva! As long as I steer clear of the magic 75% number, as KK would have put it.

For a change, the catering organized by Shiva was a great deal better than our canteen’s usual stuff, but then again, I can’t get stuff like this for 15 bucks a day.

The biggest joke of the day was that I had to resolve a 5-way tie and pick 2 teams out of them. Well, at least it worked out. Anyway, the entire day was a huge success, and now, I’m so sleepy that I’m practically drooping on my keyboard.

It’s been a long time since my last post. I’ve just been too busy with preparations for ORBITCE 2003 that I haven’t had time to even get onto the net and post to my blog. Anyway, the poster, brochure and envelope have come out, with plenty of problems as usual. This is what happens when the communication channel is not proper. Yes, I know, I am talking like a communication engineer coz that’s what I am.

I’ve finished developing the certificate design which is yet to be printed. Vishal said he’ll wait till we get some sponsors, so that we can put their logo on the certificate. I’ve also tried for some sponsors, hopefully we’ll get some more.

With the GRE finally behind me, I can now concentrate on other stuff. Raju & I plan to work on the ID card for both participants and organizer tomorrow morning. Let’s see how it comes out.
